I. Return Policy

1. Return Period

You have a 30-day return policy, calculated from the date of receipt of the goods.

2. Return Conditions

For your return request to be approved, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

In the same condition as when received.

Unworn, used, or washed.

All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.

You will need to provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

The following types of items are not eligible for return:

Customized items, personalized items, or special orders.

Discounted items, gift cards, and free gifts from promotional activities.

4. Return Process

Step 2: Our customer service team will review your application. If approved, we will inform you of the specific return address and instructions.

Important Note: Please do not return goods without prior authorization. Such packages will not be accepted.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds: We will notify you after receiving and verifying your returned goods. If the refund is approved, the funds will be returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may require additional time to process the transaction.

Exchanges: We strongly recommend that you return the original item first to ensure you receive the desired goods as quickly as possible. Once the return is accepted, you can then place a separate order for the new item.

Gift Returns: If the item was sent directly to you as a gift, you will receive equivalent gift points upon return. After receiving the product, log in to your account to claim a gift certificate. Otherwise, the refund will be returned to the original payment provider.
