This policy explains cancellations, returns and refunds for physical products purchased from Taoist World. For assistance, contact [email protected].

Canceling an order before dispatch

For physical products that are not custom-made, you may request to cancel before the parcel is handed to the shipping carrier. If we receive your request before dispatch, we will cancel the order and provide a full refund to your original payment method.

For made-to-measure ritual implements, we begin production using the customization details you provide. Once the physical item is completed, it undergoes a consecration ceremony before dispatch. If we receive your cancellation request before the item is completed, we will cancel the custom order and provide a full refund to your original payment method. After the item is completed, we do not offer voluntary cancellation or change-of-mind refunds for that custom order, even if consecration or dispatch has not yet taken place.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. These conditions do not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location, including rights relating to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.

Returns after dispatch

Every physical item is consecrated before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, we do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns for consecrated items. This does not limit any cancellation, withdrawal or return rights that apply under the law in your location.

If an item is faulty, arrives damaged, is different from what you ordered, or does not arrive, please contact us. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your applicable consumer rights.

How to contact us about an order

Email [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. If you are reporting damage or an incorrect item, include photos of the item and packaging if available.

If a return is needed, we will provide the authorized return address and instructions. Please do not send an item to our business address or to the address printed on the parcel without contacting us first.

Return shipping costs

Where an applicable legal right allows a return because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for direct return postage only where permitted by law and where that cost was disclosed before purchase.

For a faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied item, contact us before paying for return postage. We will arrange an appropriate solution, including return-shipping arrangements where required by applicable law.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We aim to issue an approved refund within 10 business days, or sooner where applicable law requires. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.

Services and gift cards

Consultations, other services and gift cards are not physical-product returns. Contact us about a cancellation or refund request; the applicable product terms and mandatory consumer rights will apply.

Your consumer rights

This policy does not exclude or restrict any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, warranty or refund rights that apply in your location. Where those rights provide greater protection, they take precedence.
