A: Many people value gemstones for their natural beauty and the meanings associated with them in different traditions. We share those meanings as cultural and personal interpretations, not as a promise that a bracelet will treat a condition or produce a particular result.

A: A crystal bracelet does not need “demagnetization” as part of its physical care. If you choose to include it in a personal cleansing ritual, avoid soaking it in salt water or leaving it in strong sunlight, as some gemstones and bracelet materials can be damaged. Check the care guidance for your particular item.

A: Remove your bracelet before swimming, showering, exercising, or using household cleaners. Keep it away from perfume and harsh chemicals, wipe it gently with a soft cloth, and store it separately to reduce scratches. Care needs vary by gemstone and by the bracelet’s other materials.

A: Taoist Priest Shanxu personally selects each physical item. After an order is placed, Taoist Priest Weiqingshan personally performs its consecration before shipment. We share this practice as part of our Taoist tradition, not as a promise of any particular outcome.

A: The ceremony is prepared for the individual recipient. Taoist Priest Weiqingshan receives the recipient’s name, country, and city for this purpose—not their full shipping address. For made-to-measure items, we also use the measurements and customization details you provide to prepare your order.

A: Custom orders, including made-to-measure ritual implements and their personalized consecration, are usually prepared and dispatched within 5–10 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping transit time begins after dispatch and varies by destination.

A: When a ceremony is recorded, we normally share the video privately with the customer using their order contact details. If receiving a recording is important to you, please let us know when placing your order.

A: For made-to-measure items in our Taoist Ritual Implements collection, enter the measurement requested in the size field on the product page before adding the item to your cart. A bracelet may ask for your wrist size, while a ring may ask for your finger size. If you are unsure of your measurement, please contact us before placing your order.

A: We ship physical products to destinations supported at checkout. Availability depends on the delivery address, so we cannot guarantee delivery to every address worldwide.

A: Standard shipping is included in our physical-product prices for destinations supported at checkout, with no minimum order value. Import duties, customs charges, or taxes assessed by the destination authorities may be separate unless collected at checkout or stated otherwise.

A: Standard orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom orders, including made-to-measure ritual implements and personalized consecration, are usually prepared and dispatched within 5–10 business days. Transit time begins after dispatch and varies by destination, route, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.

A: We provide tracking information after dispatch. Please allow 48–72 hours for the first tracking updates to appear. If your parcel is delayed or tracking has not updated, contact us with your order number.

A: For physical products that are not custom-made, you may request cancellation for a full refund before the parcel is handed to the carrier. For made-to-measure ritual implements, we must receive your cancellation request before the physical item is completed for a full refund. Once a custom implement is completed, we do not offer voluntary cancellation or change-of-mind returns, even if it has not yet been consecrated or shipped. A: Silver can tarnish when its surface reacts with substances in the air. Moisture, sweat, perfume, and cosmetics may also affect its appearance. Darkening does not necessarily mean the item is not genuine silver.

A: Gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth after use and store it separately in a dry place. Remove it before bathing, swimming, or using household cleaners. Avoid abrasive polish, silver dips, and ultrasonic cleaning unless you have confirmed they are safe for that particular item’s finish and other materials. Contact us if you are unsure.
