Natural materials and handcrafted work may show differences in color, pattern, texture, or finish. Screen settings may also affect how colors appear. These normal variations do not change the product description or limit your rights if an item is faulty or materially different from what was ordered.
For made-to-measure items, please provide accurate measurements and customization instructions. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. We will tell you whether a change is still possible based on the stage of preparation.
Physical items sold by Taoist World are personally selected by Taoist Priest Shanxu. After an order is placed, Taoist Priest Weiqingshan personally performs a consecration for the customer’s item before shipment. The ceremony is prepared using the recipient’s name, country, and city; the full delivery address is not provided to the priest for this purpose.
Consecration is part of our Taoist tradition and the preparation of the item. We do not promise any particular spiritual, medical, financial, or other personal outcome. Our products and website content are not substitutes for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
The product price, currency, and any applicable charges are shown during checkout before you place an order. Standard shipping is included in the prices of physical products for destinations supported at checkout, with no minimum order value. Any import duties, customs charges, or taxes assessed by destination authorities are separate unless collected at checkout or stated otherwise.
Payment options available to you are shown at checkout. Payments are handled through PayPal, including card-payment options available through PayPal. We begin preparing an order after payment is confirmed.
If we discover that an item is unavailable or that a material pricing or description error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement. If the order cannot proceed, we will provide a refund to the original payment method.
Standard orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom orders, including made-to-measure ritual implements and their personalized consecration, are usually prepared and dispatched within 5–10 business days after payment confirmation.
Transit time begins after dispatch and varies by destination, shipping route, customs processing, and local delivery conditions. Preparation and transit times are separate. Estimated times are not guaranteed arrival dates.
We provide tracking information after dispatch. The carrier and local delivery partner may vary by destination. Delivery is available only to destinations and addresses supported at checkout. For more information, see our Shipping Policy.
You may request to cancel a physical-product order before the parcel is handed to the shipping carrier. This applies even if the item has already been made or consecrated. If we receive your cancellation request before dispatch, we will cancel the order and provide a full refund to your original payment method.
Every physical item is consecrated before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, we do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns for consecrated items. This does not limit any cancellation, withdrawal, return, warranty, or refund rights that apply under the law in your location.
If an item is faulty, damaged, different from what you ordered, or does not arrive, contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your applicable consumer rights. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for the full process.
Consultations, other services, and gift cards are not physical products and are not covered by the physical-product preparation and delivery estimates above. Any product-specific terms shown before purchase also apply. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Unless otherwise stated, the text, photographs, videos, branding, and other original content on this website belong to Taoist World or are used with permission. You may view the site for personal shopping and information. Please do not copy, republish, or commercially use our content without permission.
